The following cancellation policy applies:
Low season (see periods below)
- up to 2 days before the scheduled arrival > free of charge
High season (see periods below)
- up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival > free of charge
The following seasonal periods apply:
Low season: 07.01. - 31.01. / 01.03. - 15.06. / 16.09. - 20.12.
High season: 21.12. - 06.01. / 01.02. - 28.02. / 16.06. - 15.09.

We will send you a cancellation confirmation in return. The cancellation becomes valid upon receipt of this confirmation. If you have already paid a deposit for your stay, we will refund it immediately. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Deposit:
A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required for every reservation. The booking is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received. The deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

We are a non-smoking hotel.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
